The large glass door is kept clean by a powerful airwash system to give excellent views of the fire. The NEO3W also has side glasses to give a more panoramic view of the flames.

The NEO benefits from DEFRA approval allowing you to burn wood in smoke controlled areas but with the multifuel grate,supplied as standard, you can also burn smokeless fuels allowing you greater choice when it comes to choosing which fuel to burn. A woodburning grate is available to purchase separately.
